font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-kerning: none;\">Nous proposons d\u2019\u00e9laborer le SOC en allergologie en mobilisant une approche contextualis\u00e9e qui repose d\u2019une part sur une analyse du contexte d\u2019usage des connaissances sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, via l\u2019\u00e9tude des pratiques informationnelles des professionnels qui cherchent, produisent et mobilisent des connaissances du domaine ; et d\u2019autre part sur une analyse d\u2019un corpus de documents qu\u2019ils utilisent dans leurs activit\u00e9s quotidiennes. \u00c0 travers notre \u00e9tude, nous alimentons une r\u00e9flexion \u00e9pist\u00e9mologique au sein des sciences de l\u2019information et de la communication, en montrant en quoi l\u2019analyse des pratiques informationnelles contribue \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un SOC pour un domaine m\u00e9dical. Weiss et al., 2016), qui consid\u00e8re que les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019organisation des connaissances\u00a0 SOC) doivent \u00eatre con\u00e7us en prenant en compte les interactions dynamiques entre les acteurs et leur environnement informationnel, social et organisationnel.<br \/>L\u2019utilit\u00e9 du SOC est ainsi d\u00e9finie de mani\u00e8re inductive, \u00e0 partir des probl\u00e9matiques rencontr\u00e9es sur le terrain, afin de favoriser une organisation des connaissances qui soit signifiante, contextualis\u00e9e et op\u00e9ratoire pour les utilisateurs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9047513 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"9047513\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a8250a3 exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a8250a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Une approche contextualis\u00e9e<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eedf1d5 exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eedf1d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cette approche (Clavier et Paganelli 2012), repose sur une prise en compte fine du contexte d\u2019usage des connaissances sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es. Elle vise \u00e0 comprendre comment les professionnels mobilisent l\u2019information dans leurs activit\u00e9s quotidiennes, en s\u2019appuyant sur deux axes compl\u00e9mentaires :<\/p><ul><li>Analyser le contexte d\u2019usage des connaissances sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es via l\u2019\u00e9tude des pratiques info. des professionnels<\/li><li>Analyser le contenu d\u2019un corpus de
