L’ontologie ALLERGIDOC repr\u00e9sente les connaissances scientifiques, cliniques et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes du domaine de l’allergologie. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e par Marcin Trzmielewski pour l’Unit\u00e9 d’Exploration des Allergies du CHU de Montpellier (r\u00e9f\u00e9rents : Docteur Davide Caimmi et Prof. Pascal Demoly), dans le cadre d’une th\u00e8se en sciences de l’information, de la communication et de la documentation \u00e0 l’Universit\u00e9 Paul Val\u00e9ry Montpellier 3, financ\u00e9e par la R\u00e9gion Occitanie (France) entre 2019 et 2023.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00c0 l\u2019heure actuelle, un SOC, qui serait utilis\u00e9 par les professionnels et chercheurs du domaine dans leurs activit\u00e9s de traitement et de recherche d\u2019informations n\u2019existe pas. Les connaissances allergologiques, produites par diff\u00e9rents acteurs, sont abondantes et h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes et se d\u00e9veloppent en parall\u00e8le de la massification des donn\u00e9es de sant\u00e9.<\/p>

Pour en permettre l\u2019acc\u00e8s, il est crucial d\u2019identifier et de caract\u00e9riser les connaissances utiles \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 quotidienne des professionnels et de les structurer dans un syst\u00e8me d\u2019organisation et de repr\u00e9sentation documentaire faisant le pont entre les diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res de repr\u00e9senter les connaissances par les acteurs du domaine.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
